Terms and Conditions

1. Driver’s age:
Minimum  21 years. For D,E,F,G,I and J car categories, minimum age 25 years.

2. Driver’s licence:
International or national held at least one year.

3. Rental time:
Minimum one day (24 hours). Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/5 renting of the daily rate.

4. Deposit:
The estimated cost of the rental agreement.

5. Guarantee:
According to insurance policy the C.D.W. amount according to the car category is committed from the renter by credit card or cash.

6. Traffic fines:
All traffic fines and expenses occurred during the rental period, are at the renter’s responsibility.

7. Gasoline:
Paid by the customer (super type of unleaded to be used only).

8. Taxes:
Local tax – V.A.T., 23% is additional on all rates.

9. Deliveries/Collections:
Our company provides car delivery and collection on customer request within the city limits and also to El. Venizelos National Airport. The extra cost for deliveries/collections within the city is €15,00 and for the airport € 20,00.

10. Availability:
Car models are according to original planning. Delivery problems however, may compel to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases.

11. Across the border rentals:
Renters wishing to drive the car out of Greece, must obtain advanced written authorization of our offices.

12. Ferrying of the car:
An advanced written authorisation of our offices is required by any renter wishing to ferry the car to an island. Any car damage that will occur during a ferry transport is not covered by insurance policy.

13. Baby seats, luggage rack or shackle:
Available on request only with reservation.

14. Rental Extension:
Can take place only with rental agreement contract.

INSURANCE POLICY

1. Comprehensive Insurance:
Provided for all car vehicles with Collision damage waiver according to the car category.

2. Collision damage waiver (C.D.W.):
The renters responsibility is reduced with his participation on a car damage:

A) At € 400,00 for groups A,B,C,D and
B) At € 600,00 for groups E,F,G,I and J

Damages to tires, wheels and car underneath are not covered by any insurance.
